You pick a color then you place your forces on the map. It is a free for all and you try to take over the world

It is a TON of fun!!!!!!

Has anyone here played axis and allies?

I have not, is it good?

There are two players who are axis and 3 players who are allies. And either you do the short scenario where you conquer 6 cities of the enemy team or the long scenario where you need to crush every enemy player.

So you can get whacky stuff in that game like one time japan took over australia and the west coast of the USA and eastern russia. While at the same time the USA took over western europe and the british took over eastern europe.

Ive also made custom scenarios for a 4 player game. Called the trotsky timeline. Where there is no german player and the japanese are on the same side as the russians.

Europe is divided between the british and russians.

And a 3 player scenario for operation unthinkable. In 1945 after the war is over the allies plan a surprise attack against Soviet forces.
