Our Group Read for June 2025 is Posie Graeme-Evans' historical novel, The Uncrowned Queen. This novel was first published in 2005, and should be available in most formats.

I have a question- I see that this book is the 3rd of a series, could anyone recommend whether I should read books 1 and 2 first before this novel? I'm not worried about spoilers in historical fiction, but wondering about character development, plotlines, and the like.
