Kamikaze looked out to see. It was a cool, foggy day. She clutched the hilt of her sword and sighed.
Captain Carim glanced over the sea, not loving the conditions. Fog was never good, unless you knew what was going on.
Which luckily, he did.
Sea Dancer was on her usual route to france. he planned on getting the cargo; roughly hundreds of thousands of gold, before FRance could touch it.
Generaly e liked the fog. It was calm in a way, soothing and---
"argh!" he gasped, jumping back in surprise.
"relax captain, its only me..." Sam grumbled slding down the rest of the rope.
"Thats probably what scared me.
"Shut up, Carim."
"ohh, a soft spot..."
"Scariing people? a soft spot? honestly, you call yourself my uncle?" Sam scoffed, leaning against the railing.
"We're gonna get hwer today, ain't we capin'?" Sam asked, looking out into the fog.
"Who?" Carim asked, playing dumb.
"Sea Dancer, duh."
"and how did you hear about that?"
"You've talked about it 24-7 captain." Sam reminded him. Carim chuckled lightly.
"Yup. We're gonna get her."
Water churned past the boat, licking the sides with soft slapps, foaming at the bow. quiet shouts echoed eerily throughout the entire ship, orders.
"steady boys..."Carim started. Sam nudged him. he rolled his eyes. "And girls." collective and uneasy bursts of laughter shot like cannon fire from the deck. Carim approuched the wheel and talked with the driver, routinly.
"Remember, bring us nice and easy up next to the starbort side. that way we have the wind with us."

Ryan called up from the wheel, "Hey captain, which way? Into the storm or around it? The fog, feels like a bad omen."
Kamikaze looked into the fog even more. Then she gasped as her eyes widened. Sea Dancer was in fighting position waiting to strike. Somehow they knew that they were here and were using the fog as a cover up. "Enemy ship ready to attack just beyond the fog!" She cried urgently to Captain Carim. She hoped that they wouldn't believe her because she was a kid.
"Bad omen..." Sam scoffed, roling her eyes. "You superstitious--" she was interuppted me KamiKaze's cry. She and Carim swung around, but it was sam who swore and CArim who smacked her for it. he hated foul language, even in the worst of times.
"Ryan, port side! Reggie, Paul, anchor on port side! Patches, let loose the main riggings--"
"Belay that Patches! It'll make us stop dead! She'll run right into us!" Sam argued.
"Belay that belay, and get on with it!" Carim shouted over sam. "Ready for fire men--and women." he added, though he shot a glare at sam who once more rolled her eyes.

"LEFT YOU IDJIT!" Carim roared.THe boat lurched from the dropped anchor and sail and Sam raced over to pull the wheel over with Ryan. Both grunted from the weight of the ship.
"PULL!" SAm shouted, mainly to herself.

And Just like that, they were side by side to the Sea Dancer which had slowed in fear of crashing into Dragons Fire.
"FIRE!!!!!!" Carim shouted. immediately, canon fire burst out of the ship and hit the Sea Dancer perfectly.
"Prepare to board!!" Carim yelled.

Sam had already let go of the wheel, grabbed her daggers and flew over. Carim also joined the fight.
I'd describe exactly what they did, but I'm too lazy, and it'd take up too much paper. so, they simply fought.
Happy?

((niiiice...))Kamikaze cut and slashed with no mercy. She ran into a boy about her age and hesitated. He had fear in his eyes. "Follow me..." She hissed. He nodded and followed her to her ship. She lead him to her cabin. "Hide here... If anyone asks, you're my..." She paused. "My brother."
The boy nodded. "Jake." He said.
"Kamikaze." She replied and went back to fighting.
((lol, couldn't resist....))
Sam saw Kamikaze's blunt talk to a boy but held back any protest. not everyone had to die...

Ryan was you know did what pirates did. He pushed people off the ship, tore down whatever was in his way, ect.
Kamikaze thought about Jake. What if someone finds him? Would they kill him? No one goes in my room... I think... She thought as she killed people much older than her without effort.
Suddenly, Sam found herself surronded.
"Carim!" she yelled desperately: 10 men was pushing it, but 15? impossible. Carim glanced up at his niece and did his best to get to her but he began to be attacked once more by more men.

Kamikaze finished off a pirate about twenty-five years old and went to Sam's aid. "Can't handle it?" She asked jokingly as she slashed two men in one blow.

"Thanks Kamikaze!" SAm said, stabbing a couple of men through throats andbacks. after therwe were only two men left, she slammed one blade into one mans shoulder and left them for Kamikaze- she could handle herself.
She jumped over acanon, ducked between a mans legs and then pulled a person away fro mher uncle before swinging back and breaking the mans nose. Then she pulled out her knife, tossed Carim her sword and the two fought, back to back.

"Carim!" Sam said, just in time. the captain ducked out of the way of an incoming knife as sam gave a round house kick, hitting a man hard enough that he flew over board.
Soon enough, what was left of the Sea Dancers crew was tied to a mastas the rest of the crwe searched the ship and brought up what they could with joy. Sam stayed on the deck, leaning against a railing, trying to ignore the burning in her lower back calf.

Kamikaze went back to her ship and dashed into her cabin.Jake was there, looking at the floor.
"Ah, you're back... I need you to change your name... Just in front of other people. I'll call you by your name. When we're alone... You'd be a good..." She paused. "Kyle!" She decided.
"Alright, I like that." Jake said, smiling.
Kamikaze smiled also.
Crane climbed up the ropes back to the crow's nest, sliding her throwing daggers back her belt as she went up. Reaching the nest, she heaved herself up easily and landed in the nest, settling down comfortably.
After Carim inspected the ship and decided it wasn't worth keeping, he allowed Sam to release the prisoners, leaving them with enough water and food to make it back to port. then he along with whatever crew hadn't already come back, came back to Dragons Fire with a grin. Sam limped over to a couple of pillows where she flopped down, already pulling out her 'health kit'. she sowed up her leg easily before wrapping it up so it wouldn't get infected.
Crane kicked back and pulled out a small wooden circle and some blue string up in the crow's nest. She started to weave, relaxed.
"Stay here..." Kamikaze told Jake. "Got it." He replied, perfectly fine.
Kamikaze smiled and went out to the deck. She looked around at all her allies and smiled wistfully. Good battle... She thought.
Kate smiled and congradulated(sp?) everyone on the battle. Then she sat and started to clean her sword.
Crane looked down at Kate and up again. She loved her position as a lookout, being able to see the rest of the crew from up high.
Carim grinned crookedly, running a hand through his curly black hair.
"Well, whatdya think sam. To port?" Sam grinned, and leaned back on the sacks, tipping her hat back in front of her eyes.
"To port." she agreed.

((uhhmm... lets see, they're going to sail to some cove to hide the treasure. kinda like pirates of the caribean, but no cursed gold. hey....wait a minute! thats a good idea!))
((Hmm, does anybody care if I jump in? Cause I made a character profile a while ago, I think maybe I could have been a girl, masquerading as a boy to escape becoming a "proper lady," or some other nonsense, and was stowed away on the other ship, and I'm now hiding there or something? If anyone followed that. o.O ))
((Okay, cool!))Alan, hiding behind the desk, could barely see anything. He knew about as much, but surmised that whatever ship he had been on was gone forever; as no one had come to fetch him yet. He quickly ducked out of sight as a few men walked into the room, and when their backs were turned, scuttled out the door where he practically slammed into a girl.
Alan stared at her; he thought girls weren't allowed on ships, it was terrible bad luck. That was why he was masquerading as a boy-- That and because he, er, well, she, didn't want to become a 'proper lady'. "I'm.. Alan. Yeah, I'm Alan." She said after a long pause.
Alanna bristled. "Of course I'm sure!" She snapped. Then, calming down, she said "I've been, oh, you know, around." She said, vauguely waving a hand around deck.
Alanna blinked rapidly. Then, thinking quick, she said off-handedly "Oh, you know, it was like all the others- we try to kill them, they try to kill us, and if we're lucky, we're the ones that come out of it alive."
"You know, that is so true. I never thought of it that way before." She looked approvingly at Alanna. "What weapon do you use?"
