If it's available from Amazon, it would be easy enough to paste a link here to the Amazon page.

But as it turns out the book was added almost a year ago.

On this website, there are only Kindle and Audible editions. Nothing else. I leave it to the experts to update, but it looks like Emmy has already closed the topic without resolution anyway...
