What other games should we add?

Special request books are a prompt you can use if you’ve already read a book of the month and don’t want to reread it but still want the 250 pts. You get as many srbs as botms that you’ve already read

1) We could do a finish the story game (where one person gets one sentence, or one word) and they write a story?

2) We could also add like a guess the book (you put emoji's representing a book, and someone guesses)

3) A truth or dare game could work

4) 2 truths and a lie or 2 lies and a truth (both games are pretty fun)

Short story writing contest could be fun too, an anonymous google form could be submitted and then the mods pick a winner, you'd probably want to make it monthly

Yes!!! I love short stories, we could base it off of the reading prompts for the month, could be something like, write a 1-10 page short story about an LGBTQ romantasy

I think that way we can catch the attention of some people who might not be interested in logging all their books for the month- I mean, these quizzes can be relatively short, and then depending on your score, you get a certain number of points.

also @Molly I made a comment in the announcements chat that we still need a house leader and have gotten one response so far. She says she's pretty new to goodreads/has never been a house leader, but I think she would do an amazing job! I feel like it's similar to us since we've never been mods before 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ok, house leaders, I have realized (not realized, someone just reminded me) that we probably need two house leaders so that if one house leader is unable to be on goodreads, or is too busy, or for some other reason, there’s another person to do all that. I’ll send a message in the announcements chat.

We do already have another leader for Cassiopeia- S.B. Bartlett responded to my first broadcast after bibliophile already had.

(Also why did my brain completely forget how to spell ‘someone’??)
