1.7A - Amber's Task) Amber - Alice In Wonderland
This is one of my favorite books. My kitchen is even decorated in Alice in Wonderland theme. In honor of Alice in Wonderland Day (July 4th) read Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll or a book that is a retelling of Alice in Wonderland

1.7B - (Bethany's Task) "With Liberty and Justice for ALL"
4th of July is America's celebration of resistance to tyranny. Celebrate by reading a book with the MPG of SOCIAL JUSTICE.

1.8 (Bethany's Task) Celebrate FOOD!
There are a lot of food-related holidays in July, From National Hot Dog Day, to Pecan Pie Day, to Pick Blueberries Day.
Read a book about food or with food on the cover.

1.9 (Amber's Task) Vacation Again
This month I am going on my annual girl's trip and this year we are going to the Outer Banks of NC. I am very excited. If you have never visited you should certainly add it to your must visit places.
Read a book set in NC

Bonus point if set in the Outer Banks (hint Missing Pieces Mystery series by Joyce and Jim Lavene is set in Duck, NC the place I am going)

1.10 (Bethany's Task) Seat Stealer
My 3 year-old has stolen my seat about 3 times since I sat down to write this. So steal someone's seat and read a book of your choice!

2.3 (Tessa's Task) SUMMER FUN
Read 2 Books
When I was a kid and teen a lot of our summer fun centered around going to a local "campground" for swimming and picnicking.

1. Swimming Hole - Read a book by an author whose first and last initial are in SWIMMING HOLE. Letters can be used only so often as they appear in the target phrase. Middle initials, if used, can be ignored.

2. Picnics - Read a book where the characters eat outdoors. Cite a quote from the text to show this.

2.4 (Tessa's Task) INDEPENDENCE
Read 2 Books
The USA and Canada both celebrate their independence days this month.

1. Read a book where the first letter of EACH title word (all words count), can be found in the phrase: THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. Title must have at least three words. Letters can be used only so often as they appear in the target phrase.

2. Read a book by an author whose first and last initials are found in FIREWORKS. Middle initials, if used, can be ignored. Letters may be used only so often as they appear in the target phrase.

Read 3 books set in countries other than your own. Tell us your home country and then list the setting for each of your books (must be 3 different countries and more than 50% of the story is set there).

Read a book with a truck or motorcycle on the cover (show cover) or where the MC drives a truck or motorcycle (give page/location and phrase that shows that)

Read a book tagged funny or humor at least 5x

3. 7/27 (really silly days) - Take Your Houseplants for a Walk Day - Take Your Pants for a Walk Day - Walk on Stilts Day
Read a book with a silly title (your interpretation)
