I probably have this… no diagnosis though

I think I have this but idk cause....not diagnosed

I have this and have been diagnosed, my thing is I can feel when my mood changes and it will be random shit that ticks me off. I have yet to learn how to control it, then people ask me if I'm okay, its just very hard to pretend that everything is okay.
