Because like last year I told my parents something fhat I really regret telling them and whenever I think of thr events that happened yhat night I get super anxious and like out of breath and can’t breath properly and stuff

I don’t know if I could have it, because I don’t know if anything that’s happened to me counts as trauma… I have a lot of symptoms but idk

Yeah for me it’s mainly been being bullied and extremely toxic friendships, some other stuff too but that’s the biggest thing aside from medical stuff I guess

I’m slightly tempted to just trauma dump everything to see if it counts as trauma but I know that’s a bad idea 😭 I just love gaslighting myself into thinking it was nothing….
