When, if ever, did you suspect Zandra was Alex’s split personality?

Very early on. There were a lot of little clues, and I didn't think that Alex was a reliable narrator for these little chapters.

I didn't suspect early on, but as more clues came out I wondered if it was two personalities.

I suspected early like when the mother reprimands Zandra for abusing her it was kind of weird. That was the aha moment for me as well as a bunch of other clues.

You guys are good. It took me a long time. I thought she was a dead sister.
