i have a question, like i think i might have an eating disorder? im not sure and a few days ago i would've said definitely not but i'm starting to realize that i eat almost nothing at all.... like i just don't feel hungry. i literally skip lunch sometimes because i forgot about it, and i eat meals really slowly (unless im trying to be fast, otherwise it takes me up to 45 minutes to finish breakfast or lunch). and like im just wondering if i should be concerned?

Is the eating less on purpose or just from not being hungry?

just not being hungry, like at all. i'll literally start feeling full in the middle of a meal i desperately need

Ohh ok, I don’t think that really sounds like an eating disorder tbh, except if you have like sensory issues with food I think that can be a symptom of ARFID but I don’t know much about this. There are also a lot of thinks that also cause loss of appetite

I have an eating disorder, I think anorexia, they never said that specifically but just told me I have an ed and that’s the only one that fits so yeah… I was in the hospital for six days about a week ago and it was probably the worst six days of my life
