I am needing my author name updated as reflected by the covers of my books. It's still my name, but the middle name no longer appears. So, instead of Hannah Gordon, it should simply say "Hannah Gordon."

Goodreads author page names go by the book cover. In the case where an edition has a different version of the author name compared to other editions of the same work, the policy is to use the most complete version of the name as the primary author on all editions, which in this case is "Hannah Gray Gordon".

If you have new books published under "Hannah Gordon" you can claim that as a separate account and we can use secondary authors to link the pages together as well.

Also note, Librarians cannot modify author names for claimed pages.

And you should not modify your name on your book records as that will remove them from your profile.
