I don't think that self-help books are for me, or mabye this one just didn't really have an impact on me that I wanned it to. There where some interessting points and aspects of this book that I did agree with, and liked, but it was overall really hard, and boring to get trough. Even though I probably woudn't have finished it, if it wasn't for the bookclub, I am still happy that I read it, because it was still a fun experience to read a book like this together, and get to discuss afterwards.
I have decided not to rate it.

I honestly didn’t think I would like it but somehow maybe I needed the reminders of old lessons our parents once told. The small reminders like don’t use phone the first moment when you wake up, listen to the world around you, question your feelings, go deeper into who you are and why you define yourself of what you succeed. It did take me a month to finish the book because it was hard to keep up the interest, but it was good as a “study book”.
If I had to give the book a star, I would give it either 3 or 4 stars, because it was a good reminder but a little too many repeats and kind of a walk around the point. Sometimes it’s better to get to the point.
