Just some notes:

Completed countries are highlighted in light blue.
Open countries are highlighted in light orange.
We are all not using the same countries, so to ensure the rows line up, I've simply added the name of the country in where appropriate as (country name). Legend for above is at top of page.

Amanda: number of countries open from your posts matches the number I'm showing. You might want to double-check that they are the right ones.

Gail: I made the assumption from your posts that any country with a book title was completed. When I did that you only had 4 open and not the number you show in the post. Either you can highlight the completed ones, or just tell me which country number it is and I can do that.

Celia: I couldn't get yours to tie out either. I took the completed list from your message 10 in the posts but it doesn't add up to enough. I highlighted those anyway, but if you want to tell me which other are completed, I can highlight or you can do.

Me: I don't have any books listed in my column. If you want me to put them in just let me know. The highlights are correct.

Please, please, please - any questions, just ask. any suggestions, just shout!

It is funny that we all have different lists.
This looks great Gail. Thank you for doing this.
I count that I have 22 countries to finish plus 3 that the books just didn't seem right, either the author was not from the country or the action did not take place in that country. Those three are: Somalia, Belarus and Croatia. You have the correct 22 marked orange. However, I would say that I had finished San Marino which you have also marked orange.
If you keep all the orange, except San Marino, add Somalia, Belarus and Croatia to orange and turn everything else to blue I think that is correct.

I Just edited mine, and should be good now. Thanks a bunch again for doing this, Gail! I also put on books from the places outside of my standard list that I have read, in case that gives others some book ideas.

I have highlighted all complete (143) and all open (53). I will keep mine up to date. I am currently reading Bridge of Years (Belgium)

Hi. Added my books read. Updated the "open" column to reflect what I think are the correct number. Please, please, please - it is midnight and I'm working with one eye. So if you see something wrong, please feel free to fix it!

I thought about adding my spreadsheet as a tab to the worksheet with all the books I've read for each country - but to be honest I didn't want you to think I'm any more nuts than maybe you already do! 😂🤣

GailW, I updated my part of the sheet but had to unfreeze your filters to do it and then couldn’t get it back to the subset you had. Sorry about that.
