Six of Crows nerd | 15 comments I just finished reading Late To The Party by Kelly Quindlen, and I really enjoyed it. I was hoping to find a book similar to it. Do you guys have any recommendations?

Em | 4 comments Nobody in particular - Sophie Gonzales
I think i Love you - Auriane Desombre
Some Girls do - Jennifer Dugan
Girls like Girls - Hayley Kiyoko is my favorite :)

Natalia | 4 comments Of Fire and Stars - Audrey Coulthurst
Crier's War - Nina Varela

If you are an adult, adult asking about YA recommendations I have other suggestions. But when people say YA I assume late teens.

tatertotsworldwide | 4 comments I liked Late to the Party too (hot take but I like it more than She Drives Me Crazy). Some of these are just seconding what others have said but for the teen novel/coming of age + romance vibe these are some of my faves:

The Falling in Love Montage by Ciara Smyth
The Lucky List by Rachael Lippincott
She Gets the Girl by Rachael Lippincott and Alyson Derrick
6 times We Almost Kissed by Tess Sharpe
Lover Birds by Leon Egan
Don’t Let it Break Your Heart by Maggie Horne
Look by Zan Romanoff

For teen novels focused a lot around queer identity with a definite YA tone:
Imogen Obviously by Becky Albertalli
Margo Zimmerman Gets the Girl by Brianna Shrum and Sara Waxelbaum

I’m also forever recommending Kelly Quindlen’s older book Her Name in the Sky, but it’s pretty different than Late to the Party, lots of angst and religious trauma. If angst or more serious tone is your thing (and if you don’t mind not having a happy ending), you can also try Sunburn by Chloe Michelle Howarth or We Are Okay by Nina Lacour

Jordie | 3 comments Embers of desire by Audrey Wilks
6 times We Almost Kissed by Tess Sharpe

Defo these two

Is it “she gets the girl”?

Claire ౨ৎ⋅˚₊‧ | 2 comments Nobody in particular was FANTASTIC. One of my favs this year!!
Some others I liked were imogen, obviously and Amelia, if only by Becky abertalli. Also, Jennifer Dugan books are great too I just finished summer girls by her
