Hi! I know that an editor CAN'T be used as an author for tasks that require an author's initials, but I wanted to make sure that a task that has an author and an editor listed on Goodreads can still be used for a task requiring a single author. For example, this: How to Carry Water: Selected Poems of Lucille Clifton by Lucille Clifton also has Aracelis Girmay listed as an editor.

Sorry this was missed. Since an editor is not considered an author, the book will still be considered a book with a single author since all the poems were written by her.

Thanks Kmarie! I just wanted to be sure :)
Is this recognizable enough as a train?
(I've already claimed this task, but thinking about moving things around)
Does the inside of a train count? - you can disregard this question. I found a swap that's going to work better for this task.

[book:T..."Foor future reference, are we allowed to claim a cover for a different edition than the one we actually read? I re-read the rules and was unsure if I could claim a different edition for the sake of the cover fitting better.

Yes, you are allowed to link to any English edition that qualifies the book for the task. For simplicity, we are NOT differentiating covers tasks from other types of tasks.

Thank you for clarifying this. I knew I had read about covers being claimed differently, and this change is helpful!

Machu Picchu was an important cultural center for the Inca civilization but was abandoned when the Spanish invaded the region. It is only accessible by train or hiking and visitors are limited.
Book 1- Read a book with a train or train tracks on the cover. Any part of the train can be visible as long as it is identifiable as a train. For this task, it does not include subways or underground trains, just above ground trains. For tracks, it needs to show at least the two parallel lines with lines across them.
Required: Post the cover
Ex:
Book 2- Read a book with a single author's first and last initials in the phrase LOST CITY OF THE INCAS
