Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I need my author name changed from Chad J. Maske to just Chad J Maske (remove the period) to match my name on Amazon. I just put up a book last week for preorder and it's not appearing with my other books.

I need this fixed so it doesn't happen again in the future. Please and thank you.

We use standard punctuation on the site, but in this case the middle initial shouldn't be there at all, as none of your books bear it.

So what do I do? Currently my books on Amazon are all listed under Chad J Maske, which Moonrise appeared under on goodreads here (Though now I see it listed as just chad maske) I need Moonrise attached to my current profile, and I want to get this fixed so I don't have to fix this every time I publish a book.

Whatever is on Amazon is how the book will be exported to Goodreads. It only takes a moment for us to move it. On Goodreads you can leave the J (with a period) or you can ask Support to change it to not have a J. at all.
Either way, unless it matches Amazon it won't import to the same name here.
