2025 & 2026 Reading Challenge discussion

This thread is to discuss The Knight and the Moth, the first book in the Stonewater Kingdom series by Rachel Gillig.

I started this yesterday and so far I’m really enjoying it. So much so I didn’t notice someone being taken out of the gym on a stretcher this morning (reading on the elliptical).

I finished this book today. Fantasy isn't my favorite genere but the story was intereting enough to keep me engaged. The gargoyle was my favorite character.

I am still waiting on my hold from the library - the queue has been VERY slow moving. Fingers crossed it comes in sometime in October (I am number 8 on 5 copies) so I can still read and comment on it.

I finished it and did enjoy it.

(view spoiler)[ The story was pretty interesting. Was fast paced. I did like the characters and the story of the Omens. It was celar the king was not what he seemed but was not expecting what he did.
