We do not update covers on paperback editions.
If the ISBN remains the same you can add an alternate cover edition.

the editions have different Amazon ISBN.
Will the paperback, hardcover and audible covers be always old here?

Amazon gives different ISBN for ebook, paperback and hardcover editions when they are created for the very first time.

Days ago, I changed the covers for all editions on Amazon in different books.

You helped me updating the ebook edition cover for all my books in this site.

But I need to update the rest of editions, so I would have the same covers here and Amazon.

For example:

This is one of my books. As you can see, it has an updated ebook cover.
However, it has an old paperback, audible and hardcover cover (you can see that they are different from ebook cover)

how can I add an alternate cover edition here?

Go to the book page of the edition you wish to make one for. Then above the book's description is an icon with three dots. Click that and then select Add an alternate cover edition.
You can choose the Kindle edition as the default or one of the others.
