Tyler is quickly approaching stalker territory here. They are divorced, and what Nikki does with her life is none of his business unless it interferes with his relationship with Lacey.
In the first book of the series, I liked the fact that Tyler and Nikki could co-parent their daughter without a bunch of hassle. But since Tyler seems to still be in love with Nikki, it's turning into a whole new ballgame. I'm looking forward to seeing if Tyler goes way over the line, or if he eventually settles down.
I do think Tyler will become a problem in future books. It's great that they co-parent cohesively, but he clearly has hopes of more from Nikki than she's willing to give him.
This really bothered me about Tyler. I know he still has feelings for her, but his behavior is very stalker-like. I think he is going to be a problem, and I just hope he doesn't let it spill over to Lacey
Tyler was over the line and yes, I think he is going to be a problem. Also, kind of creepy that an FBI agent would be stalker like. It seems odd as I thought they'd been divorced for years or am I remembering this incorrectly. Seems like he would've moved on.
Like Robin, I loved the harmony of their co-parenting. But, it seems to be working because there isn’t a new man in Nikki’s life. Stalker is the perfect descriptor for Tyler and I don’t think this is over.
