Hi, I just made a new GR profile for professional use and went to claim my author profile, but another J.M. Arnold exists, and it went under their profile, instead?? I have the ASIN number and am not sure how we can switch it. Thank you in advance.

Also, please kindly provide links to the incorrect author and books.

BTW, the other "author' didn't claim anything. The system throws books into whatever. VERY! rarely is there a human component. When you post is the proper folder which is:

I may have made that irrelevant though.
I asked support to move the original J.M. Arnold out of the default profile. That was why your book went there. All said, there are now three profiles. The default one, his original one, and the one I created for your book:
