I recommend reading it first! It made me enjoy TOG so much more. I feel like if I started with TOG, I wouldn't have been as interested and invested in the MC.

I recommend the tandem read because tower dawn can get really boring or vice versa and it’s nice to switch up the books so u can be entertained further and it’s not confusing at all. It felt like one big book except it did not feel that long to me.
