Thank you so much!! This is one of my 3 am thoughts and I literally keep thinking this at night when I’m unable to sleep. But I believe that destiny is already fixed because it’s scary to think that my choices can very much shape my destiny and it makes me anxious. Looking forward to hear everyone’s thought on this!

Not an answer, but I feel like it could both be good and bad if it was just destiny. Like, it might be peaceful to know that your path is set and nothing you can do could change it, but it could also be really sad and scary to know that whatever bad things have happened in your life, there was nothing you could do to stop them.
Here's an idea.Let's think of the universe and your destiny. It's kind of like a well-oiled machine with lots of gears. If you take a gear OUT, it goes haywire. Personally, I think only the Gods (whoever tf they are) (not the christian god btw) can control this force/machine, but you can also destroy it if you know how to. For example, if you have had a prophecy made about you, it's kind of difficult to realize what you have to do. (in my experience prophecies are hella cryptic and wack) So you don't know whether what you're doing is going according to the universal plan, or if it's not.
Long story short, I think it's kinda both. Everybody has a 'destiny', whether they know it or not.
(I am feeling very philosophical)

Like, I'm pretty sure that I'm destined to die over and over again. Also that I'm something called a "Guardian". very nice
i think we have no destiny at all, mainly because what happens to us is literally a direct consequence of someone's actions, random chance and butterfly effects. sure, maybe not always, but in those cases what happens as a result of that is always in our hands. and nothing can determine what we do or think then. when you experience an event, you can always control your reactions to them. fate cannot control your actions, and even if it is controlling certain events, you can still choose how they impact you. so, no destiny.

I love this explanation!
If your life were truly laid out ahead of time, then why do anything? You could just sit back and wait to see what happens. But I believe in free will. Actions obviously have consequences. Are some people just born to be criminals? That's a sad thought. Why struggle as we do to do the right thing if our destiny is predetermined? What good does it do to pray if it changes nothing? I don't like to think of people as puppets just going through the motions according to some predetermined plan beyond our control.
so from a religious perspective, hindus believe that destiny is a thing, however it's shaped by your actions/karma, so bad karma = bad destiny basically, if that makes sense, it's like a rpg where you make choices along the way, depending on your choices you'll a certain result
The duality of life dictates that it is ruled by both. This because we are duel creatures with social and collective consciousness. We, as everything else are driven by causality. We need two equal opposites; socially we are the action controlled by thoughts but collectively we are managed by Earth's orbit of the Sun and its electromagnetic flux... which is conscious, cosolargy describes this. Here it is merely part of a cycle when the Earth reverses polarity every 11600 carbon years. This is how prophecy is possible.
does blud speak english 🥀 what the heck is a carbon year. for those of you normal folk, the earth is supposed to switch polarity every 300,000 years, although we havent actually switched in 780,000 years ⁉️ i don't think cosolargy is a word, neither do my good friends merriam and oxford,,,
i don't get what you mean by a geomagnetic reversal means prophecy is possible like ah yes my phone isn't working exactly what the bible said preceded the return of jesus christ
