Meet Cute. It's an anthology of, well, meet cutes.

Come As You Are and Going Bicoastal, both by Dahlia Adler. They're very funny, spice free, and so adorable I wish I had artistic talent so I could make fanart.

If you like fantasy Howl's Moving Castle is a really sweet romance too that's also spice free.

The Serpent Garden and Vision of Light by Judith Merkle Riley are both historical romances with no sex scenes. Well researched, strong characters, and well written.
