According to the ALA website https://www.ala.org/yalsa/2021-alex-a..., Kent State: Four Dead in Ohio won the Alex in 2021, but Kent State is listed as having received it on Goodreads.

On a related note, Brain Fiction: Self-Deception and the Riddle of Confabulation is listed on Goodreads as an 11th Alex winner in 2006, but is not on the award website. https://www.ala.org/yalsa/2006-alex-a...
