The theme this month is "I See Dead People"

This could be books with ghosts, zombies, or simply a very high body count from serial killers or plagues. Use your imagination... as long as there are dead people.
The more, the scarier!

All the usual rules apply.
If we've read it before, forget it. https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
Authors, please do not nominate your own books. It's tacky.
Books with +1s are more likely to make the poll.

Most of all, have a great time reading in October and have a Happy Halloween.

To help us mods understand how the app works (or doesn't work) as opposed to the desktop site, what didn't you see regarding the theme? Did post #1 not show, because the very first sentence stated the theme, the 2nd explaining it further. (Not accusing or anything, genuinely curious what you did or didn't see.)

When I used my phone I got the msg that said the october nominations are open so i clicked on it. After going back and looking again I now see that it does say the theme is " I see dead people " in my haste I had just clicked the link to nominate. But once i click the link (Using my phone) the first comment I see is the not eligible post.
Im also not use to using this app as much as I have been. Normally I just look at the wining books and participate from afar. Thand you for the feed back :]

It's all good. There are some situations where we sometimes forget the app doesn't render things the way the website does, so if people are seeing or not seeing things because of it, it's good for us to know. Thanks for the comments.
