Has anyone else voted in this poll yet? After a couple of weeks of agonising over my list, I submitted my top 10 today. Half Aussie authors! My choices were:

It was such a great weekend of book listening!
I'm happy with the winner.

I didn't vote but I thoroughly enjoyed listening on the weekend. I wasn't surprised by the winner. There were quite a few books I had read and it seemed to me that many of the top books were those freshest in readers memories.
Very well put together with the mix of author interviews, readers comments and readings from the titles.

I agree - this was a bookish extravaganza! I think I’ve read about half the listed books, but most are on my TBR! I think I’ll try to prioritise at least a few for my 2026 reading list.

Brenda and Phrynne, would this make a good potential prompt for one of the annual challenges next year?

Read a book that appears in the Radio National Top 100 of the 21st century (those who have already read all 100 books may read a book of their choice / a book they believe should have been on the list).

Thanks for doing that Sarah! There about 20 on the list I'd really like to get around to reading someday (and now I've added a couple more)!
