So I’ve recently just finished the Powerless series by Lauren Roberts, and I couldn’t help but compare Kai Azer to Arron Warner from Shatter Me. Think about it, they both have really mean fathers that obsess over power, both of their girls killed their fathers, not to mention their they have really similar powers. And they probably have more similarities that I can’t think of in the moment.🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

It did seem like when Lauren Roberts wrote Kai Azer's character. She took inspiration from Aaron Warner's characteristics because the similarities between both of them can't go unnoticed.

I love them both i just finished ignite me and Aaron Warner wad amazing but for me he will never be better then Kai

i have only read the first book in the shatter me series but kai azer will always and forever be number one

Kai doubted the woman he loved. Aaron doubted himself. Before he knew he had powers, he was aware of his instincts always being right. Nevertheless, with all this ego and self assurance that Aaron had, he questioned himself instead of doubting Juliet's decisions.
Aaron was so amazingly perfect.
