I personally mostly believe in ghosts, for multiple reasons but partly because I've had personal experiences with some unexplainable stuff. I've seen the spirit of my late dog, had a very heavy barn door open on its own behind me, and seemed to communicate with something by knocking on walls.

The knocking actually happened a few nights ago, I heard a soft tapping on the wall across my bedroom around 3:40am (the only thing on the other side of the wall is a crawlspace and my family was asleep). I knocked on my wall 3 times for fun and it was instantly responded with 4 very clear taps on the opposite wall. That happened multiple times as well as unexplained scraping, and again the night after but not since. Someone suggested an animal could have been in my walls but that has happened to us a lot and our dogs always picked up on it. And the knocks sounded exactly like human knuckles and only happened when I knocked first, beside the first time.

Energies can bind to objects or other energies.

It's hard to explain, just the feeling in the room, it wasn't threatening yk? It just felt curious and chill. (it got a little threatening later on though, I'll tell that story soon lol)
