Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

Hello, a reader has left a review twice on my book. Saying she couldn’t find her review so she reviewed again twice. Is there something going on with Goodreads for readers not seeing their reviews? Can we also delete the second review (it’s the second review on the same book). Her name is Victoria.

Librarians cannot do anything about reviews. Contact support if you believe there is a problem.
