I just wanted to post a warning about fake accounts which seem to be getting worse on Goodreads. I have had friend requests sent to me by many famous authors lately, but you can tell they are fake when you look at their pages, especially if you compare it with the author's real page. Be careful accepting these friend requests. I suspect they are an attempted scam.

Thanks James. I always check out request pages. It seems like some just request anyone to get a large amount of friends. I just accept those who have the same interest in books.

Yes, I thank James too. I'm also mindful of a friend request from men that have just women and no men among their list of friends. For me, a flag pops up in my spirit to not accept the request.
