as someone with adhd and other factors, i struggle with the same thing and literally same for me rn. but i have found that not looking at my electronics and fake sleeping sometimes helps.
but if that doesn't work, do something physical. like getting out of bed or sitting up and just wiggle. or dance. jumping jacks if you wont wake anybody.
