Trauma & Dissociation discussion

The Complex PTSD Workbook by Arielle Schwartz could be a good resource. We follow each other on my facebook page for my book, and I like many of her posts. Over a thousand ratings on goodreads.

Look who’s back. How was the cruise?

We are currently transiting the Panama Canal today, with five more sailing days. Incredible history and engineering of the Canal. Of course spectacular beauty and “dangerous humidity”, a new term to me.
