Forget best-seller lists. Which author has the best moves! We're talking rhythm, moves, and stage presence. Stephen King? Rebecca F. Kuang? Margaret Atwood? All authors are fair game.

Hmmm I need to think this over some, but since you mentioned SK, I do always say he has the best characters.

He writes them so detailed you get invested in each and everyone in the story. You almost feel as if you know them with how much personality and history he gives his characters. SK is part of the reason I have learned, as a reader, I prefer books more character driven.
