I read L.A Banks Neteru back in the early 2000's. I would describe her Vampire Huntress series a kind of cross between J.R Ward Black Dagger Brotherhood-due to the designer name dropping, wealthy lifestyle and drug culture and music references, and Laurel K. Hamilton's descriptions of very sexual vampires (back before she went down the poly rabbit hole).
Demali and her team must not only battle some of the most powerful and legendary Biblical characters-aided by her beloved Mother Seer and her very lethal crew; but the fact that the very entity that she is, her scent and her blood, is insanely addictive to the most powerful vamps who will do anything to possess her.

YaY, life has been busy, but I still have time to knock this out!
