I'm a Goodreads librarian, but I don't seem to have access to the Literary Awards field. I can't even see it.

You are an author, not a librarian.Only librarians can add awards, as not all of them qualify.
If you'd like awards added, post in the Awards folder with links to the book and the official award site.
