v3lvetpages (cvnt1sh) | 125 comments I feel like books don't hold my interest anymore. Probably because i would read book after book? I Dunno maybe some actual good recommendations? To be fair that might not even work either. If you can relate or have any solutions I'm really open to them.

It's unlike anything you have ever read before. Might be that spark your missing.

Zoie | 17 comments I also read books back to back. I’ll start a book then see a recommendation for something else that sounds interesting and start another one and I’ll see which one I want to continue reading first. After too much of certain types of books I like to dip into a different genre. I still have unfinished series that I will eventually go back to.

Calina Aliman-Dorneanu | 4 comments Maybe books aren’t meant to be an escape anymore — maybe they’ve become a bridge. When stories stop distracting us, they start reflecting us. You might not need to run away, but to reconnect. That’s something I explored in The Illusion of Free Will — how reading and living are part of the same story once we open our eyes to it. 🌙📖

Desmond Knipe | 18 comments I drive a truck for a day job and listen to books constantly. When I am at home I write my own books.
I look at stories as entertainment and Non Fiction books as education. I find that I can't stay with stories all the time, I need to gain knowledge.
Maybe your are just over being entertained for now, find something that you are interested in and read about it.
You will find your love for a good story will return, when it does I would like to recommend my book. NAMUH Book 1: The Awakening. The first book in a Sci fi Metaphysical trilogy (currently writing book 2 in my spare time).
For many people reading is a big part of their life, but just like food , we need to change the flavour every now and then.Desmond Knipe
