Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I added a new book to my author profile last week, and for some reason, it isn't showing up when I search for it in the search bar. When I search my name, my first book shows up, but this other one doesn't show up whether I search the book title or my name.

Is this the correct place to post this support request?

No, because the book is already on Goodreads.

It takes a while for newly added books to be searchable by title or author. If it had an ISBN, you could use that.

No this is not the correct place. This folder is for adding new books or editions.

This book will take quite some time to show up in searches as you haven't added an identifier (ISBN or ASIN) Does your book have one? & is it a kindle or ebook?

& another librarian answered at the same time.

This is now in the closed folder which won't be checked. If you need further help please post in this folder.
