Hi Richard. I'd like to help out with this one. New to this set up here and a recent author, so in addition to helping you with the review and learning your topic, I need to learn how things work here too! Please advise on how this works! The topic BTW is in or around my own interest anyway so look forward to reading.
I’d be interested in reading the draft. I’m not a professional beta reader but I’m happy to provide feedback.

I’ve been writing a book on leadership, exploring the difference between reactive, “parent–child” leadership and creative, “adult–adult” leadership. It looks at how leaders can move from fear-based management to purpose-driven collaboration — and how that shift changes everything about how teams work together.
A few people have read early drafts, but now I’d love to get wider feedback before the next revision.
I’d really appreciate your honest thoughts — for example: Does it make sense overall? Do the stories and examples resonate? Are there parts that feel too long, confusing, or need more depth?
If you’re curious about leadership, enjoy thoughtful non-fiction, or just like helping authors refine their work, I’d love for you to join me as a beta reader.
Thank you so much for considering it — and for any insights you’re willing to share!
