Welcome to our Nov/Dec 25 buddy read of Postern of Fate Postern of Fate (Tommy & Tuppence Mysteries, #5) by Agatha Christie The fifth, and last, book in the Tommy and Tuppence series was published in 1973.

Tommy and Tuppence Beresford are just settling into their new home in a resort town when they come across a collection of children's books hidden away by a previous owner. One of the books bears the message, "Mary Jordan did not die naturally". As the Beresfords dig deeper, someone in the town is determined to keep Mary's mysterious death a secret forever.

Please feel free to post spoilers in this thread.

Not a favorite as I don't think Christie does political intrigue as well as village murders. I couldn't really get into the mystery.

On the plus side, Tommy and Tuppence were wonderful, dealing with their aging bodies and caring for each other. Their sidekick is still doing all that he is asked, and more. The dog is a treat.
