Hi! I asked for this book to be added to my profile last night and it was added successfully. Then I asked if I could change the cover image and somehow in the process of changing the image it vanished from my profile. Could someone add it back please?

I moved it back to your profile. When you remove the spaces from your name in the author field it assigns itself to the default author that shares your name. Just leave the spaces there.
