maya ۶ৎ⋆. | 155 comments cnn has increasingly shown a significant bias towards the left, which undermines its credibility as a news organization. in journalism, the core principle is to present information objectively and without favoritism. however, cnn frequently publishes articles that focus on anti-trump sentiments, framing many stories in a way that appears to promote a particular political agenda rather than delivering unbiased news.

having taken a couple of journalism classes, i understand the importance of presenting both sides of a story. objective reporting requires a commitment to balance and fairness, qualities that seem to be lacking at cnn. the overwhelming number of articles that attack trump and his policies (my stance is neutral in this matter) often overshadow any attempts to provide a more balanced perspective. this consistent pattern raises questions about the network's journalistic integrity.

viewers deserve a news outlet that reports facts rather than opinions colored by political bias. when a news organization leans heavily in one direction, it cannot truly claim to be a reliable source of information. it is crucial for media outlets to strive for objectivity if they want to maintain public trust. in the current media landscape, it's clear that cnn's approach contradicts these fundamental journalistic principles.

i agree that cnn has a leftist bias
honestly with this and the fox news topic, it's less lying, more repeated lies and polarization. reporters don't usually tell overt lies, they mostly just repeat what their preferred politicians say, are biased in their portrayal of events and people, and don't tell all sides of the story. so basically if you're reading a biased news article, which is basically all articles, just keep in mind that they are giving you an edited version of the information.

I don’t believe CNN is a trustworthy news outlet. If you are looking to hear about major news stories of course you may get information from there, but I think if you are looking for detailed, unbiased, or complete and full information on annevent, CNN, or really any news outlet is not a reliable source of information. I personally would not trust this if sourced to me in a debate.

Robert | 5 comments I don’t think you can trust any one news outlet. I think you have to look at several if you are not satisfied the facts are correct or are suspicious of the direction of the article.

i agree with robert! very well said, we can never by 100% certain or 100% clean of bias, using multiple sources is the best way to gain understanding, and fact check everything you see online!

I like to look at it all new's networks are bias so you have to look at them all and find out all the views and put your fact's straight. So, CNN is trust worthy in ways.
