I'll have to double-check which of her California Pioneer books I'm on. I think it's
, which is a reread for me. I've loved this series since my early teens! I never knew until a few years ago that it's actually a six-book series. I had the quartet that was put out by Readers' Digest a million years ago, and it took me some time to track down books 5 and 6. So I'm working on a reread of the quartet before I finally get to try 5 and 6.
