My friend who read this before said to start with Assassin’s Blade before reading Throne of Glass and it was suchhh good advice. Highly recommend! I feel like it’s made me so much more invested in the story.

I’ve only read throne of glass and I really wasn’t that fussed to continue. Maybe I should’ve read Assassins Blade first.

Finished the series a while ago, and I’m still thinking about it.
It has everything; a love triangle, great action, political intrigue, and incredible world-building.
After reading it, Rowan became my new favorite MC.
It’s been weeks, and I’m still not over him. 🖤

yeeeeeah, I totally get you

I'm about to start Kingdom of Ash, so its so crazy to me to look back at how the series began!
It wasn't my favorite book in the series, but I love the world and the characters. I'm honestly a little scared to finish it!

I couldn’t get into assassins blade but liked the rest of the series !

I could definitely tell this was a first book of a series.
The plot of this book alone I didn't find terribly compelling but it did lend itself well to exposition. I really enjoyed the introduction to the characters, but hope for more interesting plot points to come.
