Play Book Tag discussion

Grace Archer and her 8-year-old daughter Frankie have been living a quiet life on an Alabama horse farm. Their idyllic setting is suddenly upended when a man from Grace's past, Jake Kilmer, reappears in her life, insisting that Grace and Frankie are in danger from an old nemesis. Jake and his team of mercenaries move the Archers to a safe house deep in the Wyoming woods but even that location does not prove to be safe from danger. Eventually Grace is forced to return to Morocco where a hated man has kidnapped Frankie in order to control Grace. Jake is determined to rescue both even if it leads to his own death.

My main problem with this novel is the constant sexual tension between Grace and Jake. It's on every other page and gets very annoying after a while. The story line itself is rather far-fetched in my opinion and not at all believable. I have read other books by this other and enjoyed them. This will not sour me from her backlist.
