Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I keep trying to claim my books and make my regular account, an author account, by pressing the "is this you, let us know" button and filling the form, but I am getting denied. They have a problem with my website or something. I have tried everything. My linktree, my Instagram page, a free site I made in google. Nothing works even though in all of them my Goodreads email is shown and matches with my account here. What can I do? I have sent to goodreads help but they havent helped me at all.

Goodreads librarians are volunteers who do book cataloging & stuff like that. We don't even have access to that part of the website.
