Josie goes to find Rory and they both are confronted by a shotgun toting Adam who tries to kill the, both. Josie ends up sending him down an incline to his death. He hit his head on a rock. Do you believe that’s what happened or what Josie thinks…that Rory bashed him over the head? Was Chitwood right in suspending her? Was he maybe trying to give her the time off she needed?

Regan can sure write a wonderful action scene. She has a great one in each book so far. I really don't know what happened, but I wouldn't blame Rory if he did bash his father's head in. I don't think Chetwood should have suspended her, but she really did need to time of the deal with Lissette's death.
