Making time to read with a job

I have the same problem too. I have school for 8 hours almost every day and when I come back home I need to study for exams and it's really hard to find time to read. But I think that just making every free moment a moment to read can be helpful, like instead of grabbing my phone I read or write and it's kinda easier. I mostly read on weekends too when I don't have school. Can't give you any more tips because I struggle with that too, also just kinda got out of slump 😭
Check your screen time logs. Can you replace any screen time with book time? (Fyi when your brain feels “tired” sometimes that’s just a dopamine craving. If you’re too tired to read but going to bed early doesn’t sound good either, maybe cut back on screen time in general, especially when you first wake up).I listen to audiobooks a lot, especially on my commute. It’s great for doing chores or whenever you would normally listen to music. See if your library has the Libby app!
I set a timer for 10 minutes when I know I can commit. I read until the timer goes off. If I’m mad that I have to stop reading when it goes off, I just finish the chapter, or extend another 10 minutes. When I go by 10 minute intervals usually I can squeeze time in during bedtime or lunch breaks, or after school drop offs

Any tips on how to make reading a hobby after work hours instead of using it as a way to fall asleep?
