I'm always tired. Every day my head hurts, no matter how much i sleep i wake up with bags under my eyes, I'm always tired and I get angry faster than before

And I'm always uncomfortable, like no matter the situation. I'm comfortable alone in my bed with my cat, but I always feel pressured by everyone
Is there something wrong with me?

listen sofie js genuinely try to calm urself down like just sit down rn and take slow deep breaths and tell urself everything is all just fine okay. or just dont think anything just clear ur mind and calm it. whenever u think of that js stop and try dustracting urself w anything. try grounding techbiques to distract urself maybe

So my therapist said these are signs of neurodivergence (like ADHD) or depression, daily functions are a lot more difficult and exhausting with both of those. I have both and I'm constantly tired because of it. If you have one of those it could be up to that (don't use this as a diagnosis or anything though, there's a lot that goes along with them).

Do you use screens before bed? Those can affect sleep and brain functions a lot - even if you're getting a good amount of sleep, the screens can still affect your brain while you're sleeping.

I just suggest eating healthy food during the day, going to sleep early, and maybe napping during the day like when you get home from school. Best wishes <3

There's nothing wrong with you. I don't know your brain so I can't tell you what that is but it it's just you and people shouldn't pressure you into things you're not comfortable with.

It's driving me crazy. This morning she was saying her teacher was dumb and I wondered why she thought going to a cafe often was dumb, she starts screaming and saying I'm always picking on her. She also has a lot of friend problems, and always exaggerates about it, saying she has no friends and spending the whole weekend afterwards on a sleepover party with like 5 people

Today was actually rlly good. I managed to play the songs in the orchestra pretty alr and we had pizza for dinner :) I also got to spend the whole day with one of my best friends
