What habits could i incorporate to read more? And how much do you read to be reading 50/100 books a year?

I think that reading every night before you go to bed will help. Just remember to not stay up too late
I read while drinking my coffee then anything during the day I have free time. I usually read an hour or 2 before bed as well.
i read when i am bored, when i have finished my work in lesson, in the bus from home and school, thirty minute before i sleep
i don't start a book if I know it will be busy week ...especially a book i been wanting to read lol.... I read bit in the mornings and more in my afternoons when .... weekend if not busy i read as much as i can <3
^ me too! I sometimes schedule reading time because I feel more motivated to do it when I've allocated time for it without any distractions and will sometimes set myself page goals to reach or a set amount of time. otherwise I'm all over the place 😅
I’m a mom of two I read whenever I’m relaxing on the couch. When I’m at work I read on my break and on my lunch. I also read at night once I put the kids to bed ☺️
I read when I have nothing to do in school and if I do all my homework I let myself read, also on weekends
During not-so-busy days, I tend to read when I'm having breakfast and before I sleep. But when busy days come, I had instilled the mindset in me that I need to atleast finish one chapter for my day to be complete lol
I would just set goals and force yourself to read (but don't make it unenjoyable because that's what reading is supposed to be) I usually read on the bus, inbetween classes, while I eat, sometimes when ads play while I'm watching a show. Anytime I can squeeze it in I try.
I always keep my kindle with me- purse, car, etc. you’ll find that you have more downtown moments than you think to get in a chapter or two
I am returning to my habit of reading after 8 years without being able to enjoy reading for pleasure ( I was reading big books for school and then law school, so reading for pleasure was not an option I had). I read every night when I get home from work, and then over the weekends. But I consider myself a fast reader. Also, I don't make it a goal to read 100 books a year. I like to enjoy my readings and remember the stories.
Whilst in a commune from one destination to another. Some would read. Yet now it's better to have an audiobook & let it play from a single ear, so the other ear & still pick up on conversations around. & your eyes are open to scan for threats.
Yet if your commune time is sitting passenger. That's also a slot.
Think about your openings.
Also scheduling out your day helps. Usually in Time Blocks.
Seeing the moments you're free.
I categorize time opening between
Social:
Mental:
Physical:
Creative:
Different moods for different reads.
Fantasy/romance:
Autobiography/biography :
Self~help:
It's also more about quality than it is quantity.
I've learned when you flow with what your brain is craving it's easier to retain the material instead of force feeding it.
