Booktok 📚 discussion

That’s literally it. Idc about genre or anything. I just need a really good book. The issue is that I don’t read smut, and I’ve read most of the “booktok-y” no smut books, so it’s been really hard to find new books for myself.

I don't think I've seen The Mediator series by Meg Cabot on BookTok, have you read that? It's a YA Paranormal Romance with ghosts. I saw recently that she recently published a new book, set many years later but I haven't read that one. I enjoyed the original series though and don't recall there being any smut.

I also liked Carve the Mark and its sequel by Veronica Roth. It's a YA Fantasy with a really interesting world and several twists I didn't see coming.

"The book of hope" by Jane Goodall is marvelous, it’s nonfiction but so worth the read. Especially in times like now it just gives you strength :)
